More about the artist: Mauro Capelli

Mauro Capelli was born in Ubiale Clanezzo in 1959 where he currently lives and works. His passion for art matured since he was a child when he loved to contemplate the beauties of his Bergamo valleys and impress them with colors on small sheets of paper.

Mauro Capelli fell in love with the poetry of a landscape, the observation of a forest, the light-filled corners of his Brembo. The assiduous contact with nature has allowed him to study it more and more thoroughly and propose it through its colours with worthy mastery.
